Accidents (2003)
Three X-Rays of fictitious factory workers are presented showing home made repairs to serious accidents along with a later advertisement encouraging workers to make compensation claims.
These items were displayed along with other medical devices in a 'sick bay' room at the Commercial X-Ray factory, Smethwick, West Midlands as part of the art show 'Radioactive' in 2003.
The piece was featured in a-n Artists Newsletter magazine (reprint below)
